St Edmund’s Academy, situated in King’s Lynn was the founding school of the Ad Meliora Academy Trust. St Edmund’s has a clear vision of what makes a successful school and tried and tested systems for its implementation. This vision, which underpins the multi academy trust, is best described as the achievement of consistently high standards in terms of:

  • Progress of all, with the majority of children making better than expected progress;
  • Consistently providing best learning opportunities;
  • A tailored & appropriate curriculum which raises childrens’ aspirations
  • Effective partnership to enable children to feel safe and able to learn.

Situated on the boundary between West and North Norfolk, Blenheim Park Academy officially became part of the Trust in March 2017. The Trust had been supporting the Academy prior to this date as part of a partnership arrangement.
Blenheim Park Academy is a vibrant Academy which has improved rapidly. We are committed to partnership working and take an active role by sharing our teaching and teaching assistant expertise with colleagues across the Trust. We are focussed on ensuring sustained improvements to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.

Reffley Academy, also situated in King’s Lynn, is a large school which joined the Trust in August 2017. The Trust had been supporting the Academy prior to this date as part of an Improvement Board.
Reffley Academy is at the beginning of its journey towards improving outcomes for all children. We work in close partnership with the other academies within the Trust, and are focussed on ensuring rapid change and improvements to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.
